Come one come all to Piglets crazy May-Hem Circus this May half term.
With death defying stunts, upside down juggling and amazing acrobatics, all in the big top tent, it’s unmissable fun for the entire family, from 25th May to 2nd June.

Jurassic Week at Stockeld Park!

Did you think the age of dinosaurs was well and truly over? Think again! Enter through our Jurassic gates this Spring and prepare yourselves for a MONSTER day out because something ROAR-some is happening at Stockeld Park during May half term!
Take a walk through the Enchanted Forest but watch out… somewhere deep inside, dinosaurs are on the loose and we need your help to find them!
You can dig for fossils at our dig site and take part in our dino craft sessions with the Stockeld Rangers too!
Keep your wits about you during your visit because you never know when you might come face to face with our Raptor who will be roaming the park every day! He’s a curious creature and is looking forward to meeting you, so grab a selfie if you dare!
Our adventure playgrounds, boats, maze, skating rink and more will all be open for fun too!

Get to grips with the art of kite flying at Scarborough Castle. Expert kite flyers will dazzle you with their skills as they create a spectacle on the headland.
See gigantic kites in flight, watch synchronised demonstrations to music, have a go at making your very own kite and try it out in the family flying area where we’ll also give you some top tips on making it soar.
If you have a kite at home make sure you bring it along to join in the fun!

With 3000 years of history, Scarborough Castle is covered in traces of times past, and this spring we aim to uncover some of them. During our 2 weekends long archaeological excavation in the castle grounds you are invited to see the archaeologists in digging action, listen to the experts and even take part in revealing the castle’s past yourself.
For all young archaeologists visiting there will be a hands on experience uncovering exciting artefacts from times gone by.
