Curious Investigators, at the SJT on Tuesday 22 February, is a thoroughly egg-cellent and egg-citing new family show from One Tenth Human (The Astonishing Vacuum Cleaner, We’re Stuck!).
Scribble and Clipboard have a job to do: sort the recycling. But Scribble keeps finding new things to investigate. When she discovers a mysterious egg hidden in the rubbish, the pair need the audience’s help to rescue an unborn chick. Can they save the mysterious egg from a smashing? And what will they discover along the way?
Inventive, engaging and tons of fun, Curious Investigators is a delightfully surprising, highly visual show for three-to-seven-year-olds and their grown-ups, created in collaboration with engineering experts from Lancaster University.
Curious Investigators has been hatched by One Tenth Human, commissioned by Big Imaginations and is supported by Backstage Trust. It was written and is directed by Sarah Punshon, designed by Samuel Wilde, features sound and music by Niroshini Thambar and Nik Paget-Tomlinson and is produced by Rafia Hussain.
