A yoga class where you can bring along your baby, learn how to safely get your body back in shape and get chance to meet other news Mums over a drink and cake. What could be more perfect on a Tuesday morning?
Life for a new mum is extremely hectic, sleep patterns are interrupted, hormone’s are all out of balance, no time to yourself and a new body shape to contend with, it’s no wonder a new mum can feel like they are on an emotional roller coaster, again. It is a time of joy, extreme happiness, elation, exhaustion and tears.
Yoga practice is very beneficial after pregnancy helping a new mum to gain strength and stamina, release built up tension and also giving mum some much needed ‘me’ time.
Babies are welcome. There is always time for chats and meeting other mums.

Any parents are welcome to join us for the opportunity to meet new friends whilst getting out for a walk around our wonderful town!
Children are welcome, with or without a pram, but please read the route and see if the length of each walk is suitable for your little one to manage on foot.
Alternate weeks the walk will be kept around the Marine Drive to try and keep central for those who don’t drive or can’t access walks further away, the in between weeks will be walks in the surrounding area of Scarborough, somewhere different every week to discover new areas and keep it fresh for the children! All walks will be pushchair friendly 😊

A Bootcamp designed to suit all fitness levels and needs allowing you to get back into shape at your own pace, whilst also getting out and about in the fresh air with your baby and meeting other new mums… or dads… with the same goal.
Scarborough – Meet Peasholm Park Lower Carpark:
Main buggy sessions run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10am – 11am
Tuesday and a Thursday 9.30am – 10.30am
Our recommendation is that you wait at least 6 weeks (8-12 weeks for a C-section) after giving birth. However, at your postnatal check-up you will be advised as soon as you have the all clear to exercise.
