The Happy Place is a new social group set up for widows and widowers with children.
We’re going to meet every month and the first get together is the 15th September at Hawsker School Prefab (YO22 4LA.). There’s crafts, toys, etc for the kids and biscuits and refreshments for the adults.
This has been started by a lady widowed very suddenly with a 3 year old daughter and struggled to find support.
