The story of a nosy little narwhal who wants to know everyone’s business and ends up getting more than he bargained for is the Christmas treat for the youngest members of the family at Scarborough’s Stephen Joseph Theatre.
Noel Narwhal Knows It All is interactive, silly, fun and there may even be a surprise festive visitor…
Writer and director Cheryl Govan says: “As our older audiences watch what’s happening in Treasure Island above the sea, our tiniest theatre goers can see what’s happening under the ocean. A nosey narwhal tries to save the day and finds a new friendship along the way.”
The cast is Simi Akintokun, Isabelle Barker, David Brown and Nicola Holliday.
Noel Narwhal Knows It All is designed by Julia Wray with lighting design by Paul Stear, sound design by Ernest Acquah, and songs composed by Cheryl Govan.
Noel Narwhal Knows It All can be seen in the McCarthy at the SJT from Wednesday 11 to Sunday 22 December (except Sunday 15 December), with performances at 10.30am each day. Tickets cost £4 (under 18 months go free, but still need a ticket) and are available from the box office on 01723 370541 and online at www.sjt.uk.com.
