Leisure Centre & Indoor Swimming Pool – open to the public
Our indoor swimming pool is family friendly and ideal for those looking to swim with little ones! We have a shallow pool especially for babies and toddlers, plus a main pool which gradually deepens to a maximum or 1.5m. We offer splash sessions throughout the year on Saturday’s, plus sessions on a Sunday during our holiday park opening times, and another session on a Wednesday during school holidays! We always recommend checking our website before coming along as session times and opening can vary depending on the time of year.
We also host swimming lesson groups, Aquafit and other groups. As well as our indoor pool we have pool tables, squash courts, a small arcade and an indoor, soft multi court for kids to enjoy! For parents there are freshly ground coffees available from the kiosk.

Located in Hull, The Deep is an award-winning aquarium that is home to almost 3,500 fish including green sawfish, sharks and tropical fish. Not forgetting an array of invertebrates, amphibians, turtles and a colony of Gentoo penguins!

The Deep has its own café serving a range of homemade hot/cold meals, snacks, drinks and excellent children’s boxes, plus a snack bar that is open in during peak times inside the attraction. There are also indoor and outdoor picnic areas for those who wish to bring their own food.
The Deep is fully accessible for people with disabilities or accessibility requirements and can provide and range of things to help visitors enjoy a more pleasant visit.
Save 10% by booking your tickets on their website before you visit. The Deep also accepts Tesco Days Out vouchers, which form part of the Tesco Clubcard scheme.
Don’t forget to sign up to the Day Plus Pass scheme which allows FREE return visits to The Deep for 12 months (this is included in the normal price of a ticket, T&C’s on their website).

The Fun farm soft play area near Scarborough! It is perfect for little ones – from babies to big kids! Perfect for a rainy day!
They can explore this miniature wonderland, which is filled with slides, tunnels, ladders and tonnes of soft and squidgy balls! You can easily keep an eye on your youngsters as they run, dive and jump in to non-stop fun!
And while your little ones are letting off steam and burning some energy at our indoor play area, you can sit back and relax and enjoy snack from our tasty menu or a drink. Our Scarborough soft play area is situated on the first floor and entry costs £3.50, for a full day’s unlimited access.
For older children, we also have an outdoor play area. Here they can enjoy slides, swings and a climbing frame, all of which are free to use.

The Scarborough Fair Collection hosts a magnificent working collection of Vintage Cars, Steam Engines, Vintage Fairground Rides and Mechanical Organs topped off with a ‘Mighty’ Wurlitzer Organ in our spacious ballroom. Set in the scenic grounds of the Flower of May Holiday Park on the coast road between Scarborough and Filey.
Here at the museum we have a well stocked tea bar providing, sandwiches, cakes and lavish afternoon teas. Sit in the ballroom and be entertained by the vintage dance organs while you eat.

Visiting Whitby Museum is a good indoor activity for older children. It is home to many fascinating collections. The Archaeology Collection displays Bronze Age weapons and Roman lamps amongst other things. The Captain Cook collection contains many historically important artifacts, that illustrate his association with Whitby and events of his voyages (1768-1779). The museum houses one of the best collections of Jet artifacts in the world. There are many examples of jewellery (broaches and pendants), a chess table and even a model of Whitby Abbey!
